The meeting will be held in the conference center of the Peabody Hotel. We have a special room rate for participants who choose to stay in the Peabody ( $139 - $179 US ) THIS IS TO ALERT YOU TO THE FACT THAT THE SPECIAL ROOM RATE EXPIRES ON OCTOBER 8TH. Thereafter, the hotel cannot guarantee room availability, and is free to charge their standard room rates.
